Injured Deer Caught Inside Fence of Solar Project

This is a video of a Deer caught inside the fencing of an Industrial Solar Project.
He is running along the tall fence line, trying to find a way to get out, plus trying to dodge the vehicles driving close to him.

According to the person taking the video, the deer has already broken it's jaw and injured it's shoulder, trying to get out.
