Many developers will casually mention the idea of grazing sheep under the solar arrays. Whilst sheep can provide benefits to on site maintenance, sometimes it is just a casual mention to fluff up unsuspecting local residents who oooh and aaah over the thought of fluffy white lambs. The developer never actually intended to use sheep, and sheep will never actually be seen on the site.
Does your area have infrastructure to support a flock of sheep? Does your development include the building of such infrastructure? Does your development include a grazing management plan? If you answered no to at least two of those, don't hold your breath waiting to see sheep.
