Tracking Panels-Noise, Maintenace, etc.

Does anyone have any information on tracking solar panels? One of the two solar plants proposed for our village wants to utilise tracking panels. The other one said the area isn't suitable for tracking panels But there are only a handful of sites that exist in the UK and they aren't nearby. Anything from photos of them installed (ideally up close), the mechanics, the noise of the motors, if they can be safely grazed underneath by sheep, maintenance, etc. Thanks in advance.

This is in Greensburg Indiana, USA a very small scale 10 acre panel - but the noise is heard, it is a hum/constant sound.

so very frustrating! I have Myotonic Fainting Goats and they are on the Endangered Species listing. I am sure it won’t do them any good at all !
