This isn't about Solar or Wind, but.....I was just reading an article about hydropower, and how many states do NOT consider it as a renewal power source. Water is more constant than Solar or Wind for producing power, IMO. Yet, many states that use hydropower, do not count it in the percent of renewable, or clean energy that they produce. How stupid is that?
