It involves statements made by Justin Wolf with "Orion Renewable Energy" and changes that were made from their last meeting to this meeting.
It also mentions "real and personal property tax abatements", Tom Utter of LEDC, Merle Schwartz, one of the farm owners that signed a lease to let Orion install solar panels on his acreage.
