Temporary Injunctive Relief filed today at courthouse against Mt Joy Township, after 4 years, the best kept "solar secret" is out-of-the bag, but Township Solicitor and Chairman Gormont are now trying to deny its residents' procedural due process and equal party-status participation, scheduling "non-public" hearings under the guise of Covid-19 mitigations and limiting in-person participation to 25 persons, instead of postponing public hearings, until the green phase?
