Update: County Judge Shawn Wagner ordered a Temporary Injunctive Relief against Mt Joy Township on May 28th.

After 4 years, the best kept "solar secret" is out-of-the bag, as the Township Solicitor and Chairman Gormont seemingly try to deny its residents' procedural due process and equal party-status participation, by scheduling "non-public/remote" hearings under the guise of Covid-19 mitigations and limiting in-person participation to 25 persons, instead of postponing public hearings, until the green phase?
