October 2019 I filed an Article 78 lawsuit against Eden Renewables, Richard Murray and the Town of Duanesburg Planning Board on in Schenectady County, NY to annul and vacate Special Use Permit for Oak Hill Solar 1, LLC and Oak Hill Solar 2, LLC power plants located at 13590 Duanesburg Road, Delanson, NY 12141.
Case 531440 is currently presiding in the State of New York Appellate Division, Third District.

Eden Renewables directors are Harry Lopes and Giovanni Maruca. Their other companies are New PowerCO (construction USA), Solstice Renewables (UK) and GridX (Africa).
