Kosciusko County Indiana Moratorium on Approvals of Commercial Solar Energy Systems

Attached is a Kosciusko County, Indiana Ordinance to impose a Moratorium on the Issuance of Permits, Licenses or Approvals for any Construction of, Commercial Solar Energy System Farms.

This ordinance has a section stating it can be renewed if needed.

It is also worded so they can stop the construction of projects that have already been approved, but not constructed YET.
