Many local Spencer county residents were hurt because the county was not prepared to deal with the lying, fast talking, solar salesmen that promised all types of free money to the county, years ago.
But fortunately for the rest of southern Spencer County, after county officials caught these solar developers in enough lies and heard complaints from local citizens, they finally came up with an ordinance that will help protect our residential neighborhoods and "some" of our local citizens.
