what these “good neighbors” don’t realize is that is the only money they will ever get out of this.. after signing they can never oppose the project or sue if something goes wrong. The agreement also remains in place for whoever lives in your home next if you sell or pass away and pass the home to your heirs.
They better hold on to that $$ in case the project leads to flooding that affects their home/property because that’s all they are getting 🤦🏻‍♀️

They'd need to dig significantly deeper into their pockets if they come knocking on my door because it'll be their car keys to drive themselves away they need to be finding.
