Does the work on Solar Projects slow down over the holidays and in cold weather?

Not here in the UK it seems. One local to us getting ready to put their pre-application in just before Christmas. They hope we'll all be too distracted (with Christmas) to check up on them. They used a similar tactic with lockdown 1 & 2.

they've been known to do this in the US too
