CONFLICTS BETWEEN HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND RENEWABLE ENERGY

We just uploaded a PDF file written by an attorney and published in the N.Y.U. ENVIRONMENTAL LAW JOURNAL to one of our websites.

It contains many great footnotes, references and legal case citations, involving lawsuits between people trying to protect historical sites from being destroyed by renewable energy development and transmission project developers and the developers that are trying to change the historical preservation laws.

Since we know that we have members trying to protect historical lands, we figured this would give you some ammunition.

Also, we have been around Facebook long enough to know we can not trust them to maintain information they don't like and that is why we have published this file on one of our own websites. Our goal is to keep fighting against the solar and wind industry by keeping the news and information they don't want you to know, available to help the public.
