Food For Thought

I have a question for everyone that can not understand why people are objecting to having thousands of solar panels or dozens of wind turbines surrounding their homes.

Ask anyone that owns a home in a city, how they would feel if someone came in and purchased the three houses or lots, to the left side of their home, the three houses or lots to the right side of their home, the 8 houses or lots across the street from their home and the 8 houses or lots behind their home? Then they decided to allow homeless people, gangbangers and drug addicts, live in those homes, rent free with no security deposits, thus allowing them to trash the yards, invite other drug addicts and gangbangers to the neighborhood.

The next step would be for these local citizens to find out the homeless population would be allowed to live next door to them for 20 to 40 years.

I wonder how long it would take the local property owners to sell their homes at a loss, just to get into a safer and more desirable neighborhood. But what type of future would they have, knowing the same thing could happen anywhere else they move to.

Why would they risk buying another home?
