Lawsuit against property owner that signed solar farm lease.

We have someone from Indiana that is looking for an “expert” in erosion, that would be willing to look at their property and document his/her findings involving the damage caused by erosion, as well as the source of the erosion, ie, formally follow the trails in order to verify that it is a result of rain/storm water coming down a hill, from a neighbors property.

This documentation WILL be used in a court case against the property owner of a farm that currently exists on hilly land that touches the property line of the person filing the lawsuit.

The current owner of the hilly farm land, has already signed a lease to allow a solar farm to be installed on his land, therefore this documentation must be professionally written by someone with good enough credentials to withstand attacks from the attorney for the defendant.
