"1. Specify Fire Apparatus Access Road able to support a 75,000lb load
2. Provide an Emergency Vehicle Access plan that show the Emergy Vehicle can stay on the access road
3. Specify Fire Apparatus Pull Off every 500'
4. Add assigned 911 address of 35 Hubbs Road to the site plan
5. Specify width of Access Gate
6. Specify Knox Box for Access Gate"
