Today's food for thought.
If the wealthy are willing to pay extra money for an unobstructed "penthouse view" in big cities,
doesn't that give practical evidence that a home containing a view that is not obstructed by thousands of solar panels would be more desirable and thus more valuable to some people?
Just my thoughts

The view shed is the issue with respect to the impact of solar power plants on adjacent property, as opposed to trespass of environmental nuisances such as odors, contamination, noise, etc.

Personally, as someone that has spent most of their life enjoying the view of nature instead of walls, fences and buildings, my primary objection is the view of glass, metal and fences, combined with erosion and blocking wildlife from access to the property.
