Guaranteed Money

This is what's been explained to me by community members who have already had huge solar farm industrial plants installed in their rural communities:--these solar energy companies are GUARANTEED a 10.2% return on their money.

That return on their investment comes from us the rate payers.

The energy companies can't lose and mean time while we are having to live with these atrocities covering our rural landscapes...having these things rammed down our throats....we end up being forced to pay for them adding insult to injury!!!!

Plus I've been told that most of these farms eventually go bankrupt.
