Lawsuit filed in Federal court to stop Cap and Trade in Texas on 5/20/2022 3:22-CV-739-HZ

The defendants are Greg Abbott, in his personal capacity and his official capacity of Governor of the State of Texas;

Jon Niermann in his official capacity as executive director of Commission on Environmental Quality,

Marc Williams in his official capacity as executive director, Department of Transportation,

at least 30 PhD’s will testify that the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)

Reports are deliberate science fiction.

Over 2000 PhD’s from 17 climate change conferences know this!

Carbon dioxide is not pollution.

All animals breath it out! China and India should be made to put pollution mitigation equipment on their industrial smokestacks like we have in north America and Europe.

Tree and vegetation facts: 40% to 70% of carbon taken in by photosynthesis goes back into the ground.

They shade the earth and block the sun.

They produce Oxygen that we need to breath.

They release terpenes which induces rain.

The next lawsuit will be filed against Washington State, then California, then the UN, President Joe Biden, and so on.
